Editorial enquiries and corrections

If you are reporting an error, a link to the source that shows the correct information helps us act quickly. We review correction requests within five business days and update the page with a new “Last updated” date when a material change is made.
What we can and cannot help with
We write about Seedance and other AI video models; we do not operate any of them. That means we cannot:
- Recover, unlock, or troubleshoot your Jimeng, Dreamina, Doubao, CapCut, Volcano Engine, BytePlus, or Together AI account. Please use the support channels of the service you are using.
- Generate videos for you, grant access to any model, or provide API keys.
- Give legal advice about using AI-generated video commercially. Our commercial-use guide summarizes what the providers’ terms say, but it is not legal advice.
We are happy to hear about: factual errors, outdated prices or limits, broken links, accessibility problems, and topics you would like us to cover.
Press and company statements
If you represent ByteDance, Volcano Engine, BytePlus, a model provider, or a competing model vendor and want to point us to an official announcement, documentation update, or correction, use the same address. We prioritize official sources in our reporting and will update affected pages promptly when documentation changes.

Seed Video is monetized through display advertising only. We do not publish sponsored articles, paid reviews, or affiliate content, so please do not send pitches for those.
